Amid political drama, Janata Dal (United) president Nitish Kumar will take oath as chief minister of the state after joining hands with BJP to reclaim the government.

On Thursday, Kumar had resigned as chief minister and pulled out from the Grand Alliance, alleging his partner RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav and his son former Bihar deputy chief minister Tejashwi Yadav for not explain in media over alleged corruption charges in land-for-hotels case. Nitish will take oath as chief minister while BJP’s sushil Modi to be sworn in as his deputy chief minister at 10 am at Raj Bhavan.
